Shipping:
Merchandise in most cases are shipped by UPS Ground except Alaska, Hawaii, military bases and US territories. Shipping costs for the above exceptions may be extra and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns/Cancellations:

All items are sold as is and is covered under the manufacturers warranty only. G-Dimension will not be liable for any damage or injury incurred by the installation or use of any item sold. All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from installation or use of merchandise. Please check your local laws prior purchasing items.
IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY ITEM(S). PLEASE CONTACT G-DIMENSION FIRST OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.

- We do not ship to PO Boxes. We must ship to physical addresses, and if paying by credit card, we must ship to billing address.
- Shipments usually leave our warehouse between 2-3 days from payment receipt. Shipments can be expedited for an extra handling fee, please call for details.
- Upon request we will provide delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) for shipments. Requests can be made 5 days after payment (credit card or online) and 10 days if payment is mailed.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Returned shipments will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are paid.
Returns/Cancellations:
- Merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, documentation.
- Merchandise returned or exchanged is subjest to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special Order items can NOT be cancelled, exchanged or returned. Such as turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts.
- Merchandise returned must be in new and unused condition.
- Returns that are not found to be defective will be subject to a $10 handling charge. All non-product charges such as shipping, transaction costs, and insurance are not refundable. If you want the item returned, you must pay all return shipping and handling charges.
- If we make an error and ship you the wrong item we will replace the item after it has been shipped back to us.We will only ship back once we receive the item and can inspect it to make sure everything is in order.
- Back order items, you can cancel at any time w/ no penalty.
- Cancellation must be made by calling our office directly, do not email or fax us.
